Spiral wire selection

The spiral wire is selected
according to the mesh size.
Incorrect selection of spiral wire
will seriously affect the
installation speed.

Place two adjacent gabion mesh panels
vertically on the ground with both sides
at a 90° angle as shown in the diagram.
Prepare the spiral wire to align with the
connection between the mesh panels
and adjust the angle to allow the spiral
wire to fall by its own inertia.

Move the connected mesh to the bottom, 
align it with the interface, and insert the
corresponding spiral wire. You can also
install the surrounding mesh and then align
it with the bottom mesh for assembly. The
angle can be flipped when installing the
spiral wire to use the gravity of the spiral wire.

Continue to install the side mesh. Since the
weight of the mesh is increased and it is not
convenient for one person to move it, turn
the cage 90° to manually insert the spiral
wire.

Install the spacer, prepare the corresponding
spiral wire according to the length of the
spacer, and manually insert the bottom.
You can flip the vertical part 90° to directly
put the spiral wire in.

Finally, install the side, assemble the cage
and then enter the hook installation, find 
the corresponding point and put the hook
in.

Finally, add various stones or other decorative materials.
 In order to ensure the flatness
and beauty of the cage, parallel bars need
to be reinforced on the outside of the cage
when installing the stones.
